I will suggest you to consult a pediatrician if the fever has lasted for more than 24 hours. Don't use any ice bath or cold water remedies. Do sponging with lukewarm water instead.

Hi Nisha...Pregnant women report baby movement for the first time from 18th week to 22nd week. I will recommend you to consult your gynecologist at the earliest.

Hi Nisha...It is very normal to get scared or take tension when it comes to labor pain. But stay positive. Every woman's labor story is different. Start taking precautions from now for a healthy delivery. Eat healthy, stay physically active by going for brisk walks and doing breathing exercises. Speak about your feelings with your partner and closed ones. Surround yourself with positive people. All the best!!

Hi Neha...For many women, loosing pregnancy weight is troublesome. But trust me, it is not that difficult if you decide to do it. Join a gym for weight training or go for jogging. You can also join a Zumba class. Analyze what you are eating throughout the day. Reduce you meal portion size and eat small meals after every two hours. Avoid junk food, street food, desserts as much as possible. Instead increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains etc.

Apply Cocoa or Shea butter twice a day on affected areas. Aloe Vera also helps a lot. For medicinal treatment, consult a good dermatologist or you can even opt for laser treatment from a trustworthy clinic.

Yes you can play holi. But you will have to take a few precautions. Use organic colors or colors which are made of fruits and flowers. Apply a layer of oil or a good moisturizer on your face and other parts of the body which will be exposed. This way your skin will not absorb the colors. Stay away from alcoholic drinks and fried or fatty foods. Wash your body before the color dries.

Hi Priti..You don't have to completely stop drinking tea or coffee. But minimize the quantity to 1-2 cups everyday. The recommended daily limit of caffeine is not more than 200 mg. Opt for healthier alternatives such as fresh fruit juice, coconut water etc.
