Hi Shabana, , having a miscarriage is very disappointing and emotionally burdening and as you mentioned you suffered it for 5 times that is treacherous. It takes a toll on your physical and mental health.Shabana I hate to say this but in your case it seems something very problematic. You have 11 year old first child after that what kind of contraceptive you were using? What is your age? I will suggest get yourself checked for any abnormalities in uterus by a fine gynecologist and follow each and every remarks by doctor. Good Luck!!

Hi Rajiv, good you thought on these terms, being a parent is blissful experience at the same time it can be very testing and challenging. When a kid misbehaves or back answers or do undesirable things we as parent get this strong urge to hit the child or yell loudly out of frustration. Thinking this will be a quick fix to the problem. No, this is too good to be true. Yelling and spanking may suppress the problematic behavior for some time but it will aggravate the problem instead of solving it. Spanking a child often leads to aggressive and violent behavior among kids. Kids may think this is the right way to deal with a problem. Here are some tricks to discipline a child without spanking:•Explain action and consequences theory :- Tell your child what happened because of erratic behavior and bad consequences which are to be faced by her and our family•Put her in time out away from all the family members:- This will create a sense of being responsibility. Time out duration should be a minute for a age i.e. 7 year old should face 7 minutes time out.•Star chart and red flags :- Prepare a star chart for a good behavior and give a red flag for a bad behavior at the end of the month count the star and fix a reward for the good behavior, like good movie, toy or trip to the favorite place.•Feeling of belonging ness: - love is the ultimate solution, be affectionate, loving and caring. Respect her individuality. Trust her, and be her strong support. Make her feel wanted.Hope this helps. Good luck!!

Hi Neha, don’t ‘worry. There is no such standard age for every kid should talk. It depends upon so many factors. Genetics, surroundings, overall health of child, level of verbal interaction with a child. So many.As you have mentioned that he understands everything and wants to communicate, this is big plus. He will be talking within matter of days. Try to maintain healthy level of verbal interaction with him. Ask questions, make requests to hand over certain things, call out his name frequently.Be patient with your son and don’t compare him with other kids. Good luck!!

Which oil is best for baby hair growth?

Neha Patil
Mom of a Son
Hi Ritika, the best hair oil is coconut hair oil. Apply pure coconut hair oil without any chemical additions after every wash. Watch out of eczema as it irritates babies. Brush hair regularly with soft brushes. Moreover volume of hair depends upon genetics factor. If your family have a tendency of thin hair she will be having a thin hair no matter what. Don’t experiment any products on her as at 14 months her skin and hair are still tender.Take care!!

Hi Nisha, natural birth is beneficial to you as well as your baby. There should not be any medical intervention until and unless it is extremely necessary. Please refer to the following points.•Be active, exercise regularly•Do pranayama and yoga for breathing exercises•Don’t listen to the negative feedbacks about labor pains•Choose your gynecologist after research•Read and prepare yourself for natural birth process•Check your endurance for pain via ice test. (hold a cube of ice for 10 seconds in your palm, and increase the time there after.)•Talk to your partner about it.•Focus on benefits of normal deliveryDo check the following link for further queries.https://www.baby360.in/article/normal-delivery-tips-for-pregnant-women/Hope this helps. Hi Rajiv, making child comfortable after vaccination is herculean task. It requires lots of patience and efforts. You can opt for combination shots like easy 5 to save the discomfort to the child. You can also use numbing creams after consulting your doctor.Applying cool compressed ice pack would also help. Try to distract child with his favorite toy.Five S’s approach is the best thing to follow.•Swaddle him in comfortable cotton cloth•Swing him with your arms•Place him on sides or stomach•Sing his favorite song/lullaby•Give him pacifier to suckHope this help. Good luck!!
