Hi Neha…For many women, loosing pregnancy weight is troublesome. But trust me, it is not that difficult if you decide to do it. Join a gym for weight training or go for jogging. You can also join a Zumba class. Analyze what you are eating throughout the day. Reduce you meal portion size and eat small meals after every two hours. Avoid junk food, street food, desserts as much as possible. Instead increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains etc.
