Can you tell me what type of food do i eat during pregnancy planning phase?
Hii…I’m Planning for pregnancy but there are thousand questions running in my mind, especially, What food to eat and what food to avoid during pregnancy planning phase.
I eat fish,eggs, meat ….Is this okay?
Start taking folic acid supplements while you are in planning phase. This will help you a lot during pregnancy. High-protein foods such as lean meats, fish, eggs are good and you should continue eating them. Also eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid alcohol, smoking and stop eating street foods, sugary foods etc. Don’t forget to increase your water intake. You can also opt for fresh fruit juices, coconut water etc.
