I am 7 month pregnant .. For me what kind of exercises are OK during my pregnancy ?
I heard staying active during pregnancy keeps me & my baby healthy .. that’s why I am doing exercises daily for 20 to 25 mins
Hi Nisha…It is best to talk to your doctor about this. Staying active physically is good during third trimester. But what type of exercises you should be doing completely depends on your current condition. If you have a risk of preterm delivery or have high blood-pressure your doctor may suggest you to lessen or completely stop this activities.
