Colors contain lots of chemical .. & I heard It may cause harmful effects to my baby But I like to play holi… So can you give me some suggestions or tips that I have to follow while playing holi

Gynecologist 6 years ago Yes you can play holi. But you will have to take a few precautions. Use organic colors or colors which are made of fruits and flowers. Apply a layer of oil or a good moisturizer on your face and other parts of the body which will be exposed. This way your skin will not absorb the colors. Stay away from alcoholic drinks and fried or fatty foods. Wash your body before the color dries.
