I feel severe pain in the abdomen from one or both sides .. What should I do to cure this problem ?

I am one month pregnant women .. I am taking protein rich food, drinking sufficient amount of water so why this is happening to me ?

Pain in the abdomen during early pregnancy is normal. It happens because your uterus is growing and the ligaments get stretched. But again, if the pain is unbearable then you must visit your gynecologist.
