Planning For Baby 6 years ago Is it safe to eat sesame oil while Planning for Pregnancy?
We married just 1 year before & now we planning for baby, so please tell me that eat sesame oil while planning for baby is harmful or not? does it lead to a miscarriage?

Gynecologist 6 years ago There is no scientific proof stating that sesame oil is not safe while planning for baby or even during pregnancy. But ensure that you consume it in moderation.
