Mom of a Son 6 years ago My baby has white spots on tongue … what causes of it ?
My son is of 18 month. He has white coating on his tongue. It may looks like a curd & usually can’t be rubbed off easily. any reason for that ?

pediatrician 6 years ago Hi This may be due to yeast infection and is called thrush. Please check with your doctor and he will give medicine. It will go away in one to two weeks after medicine. To make sure it will not happen again – sterilize nipple and bottle properly and keep toys clean.
