Hi Shilpa, Drinking any kind of alcohol during pregnancy is very unsafe for the foetus. The alcohol can pass through the placenta to your baby and can be the reason for physical abnormalities or birth defects. It can also cause fetal alcohol syndrome. There is no particular amount of alcohol which is fixed or set to cause this syndrome. So I would suggest you to completely avoid alcohol when you are expecting.
There are many reasons why your baby is not able to sleep through the night. He may need a feed, or he wants you to comfort him or his bedtime routine is not set. It is very necessary that you start a bedtime routine for him to settle at night time and sleep peacefully. Give him a nice calming massage and a bath before bed so that he gets relaxed. Sing a lullaby, turn off the lights, television etc. A consistent and regular bedtime routine will gradually let him know its time for him to sleep. If your son is older than 6 months, try giving him a soft toy or baby blanket which can act as a security object. Before giving, keep it close to you so that it smells like you.

Hi..Choosing the right oil for massaging is very important. In summer season it is good to massage your baby with Coconut oil or Sesame oil. Oils like Mustard oil, Almond oil or Olive oil are best during winters. Before choosing dab a little oil on baby's skin to check for any allergy or sensitivity.
