• Routine body checkups.
Don’ts:-

• No over the counter drugs.
• Avoid intoxicating things like alcohol and smoking.
Be positive and listen to your gynecologist. Follow the instructions and take your medication properly. Have a healthy and balanced diet. Avoid staircases and lifting weights. Do periodic follow-ups and checkups regularly. Try breathing exercises like pranayama. Be calm and happy.
