My son is 4 years old and he has been suffering from fever for last 2-3 days.

Pediatrician 6 years ago Normal body temperature of a healthy child is in the range of 36-38 degree Celsius(97 – 100.4 degree Fahrenheit). If the temperature of your child is above this range that means he has fever.
