Directions for use

For a relaxing soak

Take two cups of Epsom salt in warm water placed inside a standard size bath tub. Soak for minimum 12 minutes.

For getting relief from tired feet

Soak aching, tired feet in warm water. You must add a handful of Epsom salt to it. Rinse.

For backache

Add 3 tbsp. of Epsom salt in a glass of water and dissolve it completely. Now soak a cloth in this solution. Squeeze the extra water and lay it on the paining area. Let it stay in place for 15-20 minutes. Redo the same step until the solution of Epsom salt begins to dry out. You can also make a paste using some water and apply it to the affected area. Cover the area with lukewarm water wet cloth.
