Hi Kajal..In 5th month of pregnancy you should drink a lot of water and other fluids such as freshly squeezed fruit juice, tender coconut water etc. Eat protein rich foods like chicken, cereals, nuts, pulses, eggs. Consume different variety of fruits, green leafy vegetables, whole grain foods. Also you must consume food rich in calcium such as dried dates, prunes, figs, milk products like cheese, paneer, yogurt etc. Completely avoid eating fast food, street foods etc. All the best !!
