Mom of a Son 4 years ago Hi Ruchi, you are having a bitter sweet experience of c-section delivery first time so its natural that you would be very skeptical about this time during second pregnancy. Be positive and listen to your gynecologist. Follow the instructions and take your medication properly. Have a healthy and balanced diet. Avoid staircases and lifting weights. Do periodic follow-ups and checkups regularly. Try breathing exercises like pranayama. Be calm and happy.Good luck.!!s
