My 4 years old son suffering from constipation problem & he is passing very hard stool. Suggest some simple treatment to relieve constipation problem.

Pediatrician 6 years ago Give him plenty of water to drink at regular intervals. Include fibrous food in his diet. Eg. fruits, vegetables, whole grain foods etc. This simple changes will give your son relief from constipation problem.
