Choosing the right oil for massaging is very important.. I am currently using olive oil for massage. Is it good ?

Mom of a Daughter 4 years ago Hi Neha, I would suggest using massage oil as per the weather conditions. In winters it’s better massage with warm oild such as sesame oil, almond oil or bringhraaj oil.
Whereas in summers you should use cooler oils such as coconut oil, olive oil etc.
