8th month diet and exercise
Can you please explain about the diet to be taken in 8th month of pregnancy. And what exercises i can do in 8th month. Any precautions to be taken in this month? Thanks
Hi Deepika..You must eat a healthy diet that includes green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat fibrous foods such as corn, brocolli, avocados which will help you reduce constipation problems. Remember that your diet has to be balanced as well as nutritious. Avoid eating half cooked eggs, oily fish, red meat etc.
As far as exercise is concerned, you can do brisk walking. Doing breathing exercises will also help you a lot.
