Hi Nisha..This is a common problem faced by pregnant women. Try to eat small portions of meal after every two hours. And avoid drinking water while you eat meals. You must take a walk or be in upright position till 1 hour post your meal.This will help you to lessen the symptoms.

Hi Shilpa..This things are common during the first trimester as you have a lot of hormonal turbulence going on inside your body. Don't stress out and think too much. Everything is going to be just OK. Talk to your husband. Sometimes opening up about what you feel, with your partner helps a lot. Engage in your favorite activities, pamper yourself with a spa session. All the best.

Wearing high heels can be a little risky during pregnancy. If you can't avoid wearing them for the wedding, than don't wear them for the entire day. Since with high heels there is a risk to trip and fall. This can even cause miscarriage. Try to wear sturdy and lower heels.
