Hi...There are a lot of hormonal changes happening inside your body. Also your sense of smell increases. So, it is very normal to feel sick and nauseous throughout the first trimester. Avoid foods that will trigger your feelings of vomiting. Keep some crackers at the bedside. Drink a lot of water and fluids. Keep in mind to relax and take a lot of rest. This phase will pass soon.

Hi..I will suggest you to take enough rest and focus on delivering a healthy baby. Thinking positive thoughts and surrounding yourself around positive people helps a lot. If you have any worries, talk about it openly with your partner or closed ones. For any health related worries, doctors are always there to help. Treat yourself on stressful days by taking a spa treatment or a salon session. Be rest assured. Everything will be fine.

Hi...It is perfectly normal to get scared. Don't believe on other's stories and make a pre-conceived notion. Everyone's labor story is unique and different. Pregnancy followed by delivering a baby is a wonderful journey. Remember, that paining will reduce as soon as your baby is out. Also staying active throughout pregnancy, following your diet charts, doing breathing exercises and meditation will help you a lot. The labor pain experience will feel worth it once you see your beautiful little baby.

Hi Neha....Please consult a good pediatrician. Fever needs a proper diagnosis and only then medicines can be prescribed.

First of all, you must analyze why your baby is crying. There can be many reasons such as gas trouble, lactose intolerance, some kind of allergy or he may be crying for attention. There is no specific answer to your question as far as how much time of crying is normal. But you can definitely minimize it by knowing the exact reason.

How to treat Constipation problem?

Dr Ashish Gupta
Pediatrician
Hi...For relieving constipation try to give her more fluids. Give her a relaxing stomach massage using mustard or coconut oil in a clockwise motion. Apply very gentle pressure while massaging. This massage will help her to reduce tight tummy. Anal lubrication also helps a lot in passing the hard stools. During diaper changing time, rub the organic or herbal lubricant to the anus and then gently wipe it off. Hope it will help you.

Hi...Have you changed any of her medicines? That may cause the urine to change its color temporarily. I would suggest you to seek medical attention to clear your doubts.

Hi...Don't worry. This is completely normal phase in kids between age 1-5. Don't force him to eat food as that may backfire. Some parents give their kids snacks to munch on throughout the day. Due to this, their hunger dies during meal time. Try reducing the amount of meals that are served. Let him feed himself, and you can try to help as and when needed.

Hi...Consult your pediatrician as soon as possible. Your son will feel better after taking the prescribed medicines. In the meanwhile, make sure your child is taking enough rest. Taking adequate rest will help him to heal. Feed him warm homemade soups which will help to give relief from cold and flu symptoms and help him to relax.
