Questions
Hi
What is your question?
Hi Manisha..In pregnancy teeth become extra sensitive which causes pain. Use a toothpaste which is made for sensitive teeth and brush your teeth using a soft toothbrush. You can also do gargles with salt water which will kill bacteria or infections present in your mouth. However, if the pain becomes severe than visit a dentist and let him know that you are pregnant. Take care.
Hi Sonia...Make sure that you are drinking a lot of water and stay hydrated all the time. Water helps in flushing out the toxins from our body. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C. Cranberry juice also proves to help in giving relief from UTI's. Avoid using public toilets and maintain hygiene.
Hi Alia.... I understand your problem of not being able to track ovulation due to irregularity in periods. You can talk to your gynecologist and get your follicular study test done every month. It is a very simple method where the doctor will examine your follicle/egg maturation and guide you for the best time to keep contact with your partner. You may also use ovulation kits available in the medical shops. Best of luck!!
Hi Nisha..It depends on your physical condition right now and the distance you wish to travel. I will recommend you to consult your gynecologist. He will guide you based on your pregnancy.
Hi Priyanka...If you have ovulated on day 14 of your period then you will get your next period within 15-18 days of ovulation. So you can take pregnancy test after 15th June. Best of luck!!
Hi Ritika..Diaper rash is very common in new born kids. Here are some of the simple measures that you can follow to prevent them - Change the diapers often. Do not over-tighten them. During every diaper change you must rinse the bottom of your baby with warm water. Make sure the area is completely dry and clean before putting a fresh diaper.
Make sure that the baby is hydrated enough. Use a good quality branded sunscreen and apply on the skin which is exposed to sun. After every few hours remember to add an extra layer.
Hi Ritika...Encourage your baby for touching the food but do not force it!! Buy attractive looking spoons and plates. Keep a relaxing attitude towards feeding your child and keep calm even if it creates a mess while feeding the baby. You can try to give textured foods to the baby instead of giving lumpy, pasty food items.
Hi...Include dairy foods such as milk, paneer, yogurt, curd etc. Make sure you eat pasteurised dairy products as well. Eat fish like salmon, sardine, perch etc.
