Hi Shilpa...You must sleep on your sideways and not your back. Use a supportive pillow and comfortable mattress as well. Maintain proper posture while sitting. Make sure not to sit or stand for long hours. Discuss with your doctor and start doing stretching exercises. Simple lifestyle changes will help you to get relief from back pain.
